Our Testimonials

I have been a director of a vehicle hire company for well over 30 years. We had a successful family business and I hoped to reach retirement without any hiccups. When a fire destroyed our office and irreplaceable paper records our business fell into financial difficulties.

Stephen and his team acted with great urgency to apply for and secure an interim permission order so that I could continue to act as a director and lead my family business. Stephen and his colleagues were available to talk at any time and always answered my questions with speed and clarity.
Mr G G
When I came to the end of my working life I arranged to sell my publishing business and wind down my company. Due to a number of unforeseeable circumstances HMRC debts rose to a level that were not anticipated. I was contacted by the Insolvency Service who told me they were investigating my stewardship of my company with a view to bringing a claim under the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986. Stephen and his team acted for me in corresponding with the Insolvency Service and accompanying me to a meeting with their investigators. I was very impressed with the competent and confident way in which Stephen dealt with this for me.

With the benefit of Stephen’s assistance the investigation was concluded with no claim being brought against me.
Mr J K.
